This worked great for about 30 seconds and then It just stopped working. Each unit I put it in did the same thing! I’ve never been so bummed. The entire thing is worthless and doesn’t work now and I never got more than 30 seconds out of it. I tried it on different outlets as well and each attachment just stopped working. I love the design of it and the functionality. But it didn’t work for me and it was so pricey to not be able to use. I’m pretty upset about this and still have been praying it just works one day but it doesn’t and had so much potential. I wish they would let me trade it out or something because I loved the design. But product 101 it needs to work. Even tried it at my parents house with a new detachment and same thing worked for about 30 seconds and then not at all and then after that piece won’t even heat up at all no matter where you are.

This is a great product... WHEN it works.. i bought directly from CurlSmith. First one stopped heating just a couple of months after receiving it... they replaced it for me... worked for several months then stopped heating
