Too dark
I have used the Estee Lauder double wear powder in Pebble for probably 10-15 years and it was perfect!! In the last years they changed the formula and it is so dark I cannot use it. What happened to the original Pebble? Please bring back the original pebble!!!

Perfect Powder
I recently purchased this after using Estee Lauder skincare for more than 10 years and Clinique makeup before tryying this. I got this powder in 3N1 and I gotta say ITS AMAZING, the formula is excellent, the finish is the perfect Matte and it last for hours, I have very oily skin and this fits like a glove. Doesn't feel heavy at all and the packaging is exquisite, love the fact that you can purchase a refill instead of the whole compact. Looking forward to change all my cosmetics to Estee Lauder.

PLEASE bring back the original formula!
I have used this for years and loved it! It was wonderful whether I was wearing it over your foundation or by itself. I used 2N1 in the winter and 3N1 in the summer. Then last year you changed the formula! WHY??!! If it's not broke, don't fix it! The colors are off, it doesn't go on smooth and is streaky. I can't get it to fully cover my face. I will be looking for a new product from a different company to replace your new and updated (and awful!) product. Very disappointed.

Pebble color issue
What happened to the color Pebble???
I have been using the color pebble for 10 years and could always count on this powder foundation to be consistent! I opened the new compact yesterday and it was so dark! I contacted customer service last night as I am outside my return window. They said someone would contact me today but so far that did not happen. I am very disappointed as I am a loyal customer. Will someone please help?

Have always used 2W2 pressed powder. My latest refill, what happened? The color is dark and has orange undertones and very different from the remainder of my old compact. Very upset as this isn't a cheap product. Now looking for a new line of makeup.

Disappointed
I have been using Estée-Lauder for over 15 yrs, and have loved their double wear powder. I'm not sure why they changed the colors, now the shade I used for years is so Dark! It's so disappointing to see the majority of customers having the same issue, and yet, nothing is being done to fix this. I guess they want to continue to loose costumers.

Not recommended too pink and red
I boughtthis in person in order to get the best match. After finding color match with swatch from the display, I bought 4C1. Got home to use it the next day to find out the swatch on department store display does not match the "updated" formula I bought. The new formula is way too pinkish red, like a blush more than a foundation. Insane to display and swatch of old version while selling the new ones. I will have to return. No way they are going to have customers swatch an old formulation and buy the new, un-color matched ones. The old formula felt a lot nicer and more coverage too. Photo includes comparison before wearing and after wearing on back of hand on the same day at the same time under the same sunlight.

Why did you mess up the only foudation shade I can wear?
It took me years to find a foundation shade that finally worked with my coloring - Estee Lauder 2C1 Cool Beige. I have yellow and red in my skin tone but lean cool, not neutral. Can't wear warm shades, neutrals are gray on me, and most cool shades are too gray pink. 2C1 was perfect, at the Estee Lauder make up counter, they took one look at me and knew what shade to put me in. Now the new 2C1 is dark and orange, and nothing else works like the old formula shade did. Why did you mess up a good thing??!! Sadly and with much frustration, looking for a new brand.
