Disappointed
I bought this purse and the hardware for the strap broke . Macys customer service referred me to contact Ralph Lauren company to see if they would be able to assist since it was over Macys return policy time frame. Ralph Lauren wanted me to ship the purse to them at my expense to cover shipping costs only for them to take a look at it and decide if they would proceed with further assistance. Its ridiculous you pay so much for a purse and you expect it to last for longer than it has. I will no longer buy from this brand.

Didn't expect this...
I waited until this bag went on sale and decided to purchase it. I was pleasantly surprised of the high quality of purse. In addition, from how it was packaged to the beautiful leather of it, One of the main reasons that I purchased the purse is because of the strap, I also like that the bag is not bulky my old purse was a crossbody and had a thin strap that kept digging into my shoulder my shoulder started to feel sore, this strap is wide and soft and feels very comfortable. Ive had the purse for about a month and it's not showing any signs of wear.
