artificial fragrance. A little goes a long way depending how it used i have used on my eyebrows and eyelashes so I don need a lot i have notice some difference I will continue to use and will also. try in my hair since I have been started to lose some hair. You do have to be careful though since sometimes you can get oil around the bottle and hen closing.
