Terrible
This is the worst eyeliner I have ever used. Im not sure if the tube I have is defective but the color is not black enough and I have to go over the same line multiple times. Its also watery to the point that its running down my eyelid to the lower lash. On top of that, its irritating my eye. The product is also flaky and the black flakes are going into my eye. I never return makeup because I usually make things work, but this is going back. Horrible product.
