This is extremely unique, almost “weird”. My boyfriend described it as strange. I don’t care, I love it. If I had to label the undertones without looking at what’s listed, I’d say black pepper, campfire and candy pear but it’s amazing. Once it dries down., everything blends amazingly. I don’t use it by itself but I wouldn’t mind, it just smells wonderful paired with Vanilla Tease by Dossier. It’s long lasting but it doesn’t leave a trail behind you. If you’re looking for something basic and widely loved, this might not be for you but I think everyone should stop by a Sephora that has a tester and smell it for the experience.

The scent is nice, but I agree that it definitely leans masculine. It reminds me a bit of Armani Privé Santal Dan Sha. They’re both warm, woodsy, & peppery, though the Armani leans a tad more woody than Angel Dust. I don’t ever reach for the Santal for the same reason as why I’m returning this one. I enjoy the musk, but the pepper + wood overpowers. Don’t get me wrong, if you like that sort of profile, this is a very nice perfume! Scent is personal, and I just know I won’t reach for it because of that.
