Horrible!
Kiehl's is loosing its power. They get you used to a product for years and then discontinue it. I used to use a moisturiser for years which has now been discontinued. Same for the rice and wheat voluminising shampoo. That has also been discontinued. I used this amino acid shampoo. It is horrible. I had so much hairfall after using this shampoo. It also strips your hair of all the natural oil and shine. I have stopped using Kiehl's for my hair completely. Super disappointing!

Gentle on scalp
The Amino Acid shampoo is a staple in my routine, I've used it consistently for about 7 years now. I have very sensitive skin and a very tender scalp and the shampoo is gentle, cleansing, and so moisturizing to my waist-length hair. The lather is so gentle and creamy that I'm able to use it daily. After using both the Amino Acid shampoo and conditioner my hair is SO soft and all my friends comment on how shiny and healthy it is. Love love love these products!

Worth It
I have tried many high-end shampoos, and this one truly beats them all. Its gentle, has great lather, and cleans well. I would say my scalp is sensitive, as Ive struggled with a bit of eczema and dandruff at times but not while using this consistently. As Ive aged and lost significant weight, my hair has thinned and become somewhat brittle. In January I decided to come back to this shampoo and conditioner and my hair is the healthiest it has been in years - even my stylist commented on how much better my hair was since shed last seen me. Its soft, shiny, and my highlights have not discolored or faded in the four months since Ive had my hair done.
