I used to buy this eyeliner consistently. I decided to try it again after 3 years. I ordered 2 Navy from Ulta during their sale. I am so disappointed because neither of them are working. They do not advance at all. So basically an expensive eyeliner for only a few uses. You need to look into this major flaw.

Don’t waste your money.
I have used this pencil a handful of times and although the color and stay ability was great, you cant get the product to come out of the tube. It will not advance. So, apparently I spent good money on a product that will have to be thrown away because of poor design. I am not happy about that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Don’t buy
Tip wears down fast while applying on your eye. Only way to get more of the colored pencil out is to screw the top back on. If you screw top on to hard, the tip of colored pencil breaks off & then there is no way to advance more of the colored pencil out. Flaking does occur when applying.
