First impressions

I was curious about this powder so I tried it in store and this particular shade. It’s only my first impression I thought the texture of the powder was really nice and it felt really good on my under eyes again. I was not wearing any makeup so I wouldn’t be able to tell. I liked how it was finally mailed and what I did was I use their cotton pad in store as an applicator it is only my first impression so I’m comparing this with my trident through Chanel loose powder. Hopefully this powder lives up to its claim it would be nice to test it out.

Similar to the pressed version

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Normally I prefer to use pressed powder but I do like loose powder as well. I found this to be very similar to her pressed powder which I also have. Loose powder can be a bit messier to use which it why I usually used pressed, less mess. I love that there is a cute little powder puff included in the packaging so I need need to have one laying around to use this. It's all included. When you open the lid there's a neat little compartment containing the puff , you lift that up and underneath is a second lid where the powder is. Very convenient. I also like that this powder is actually fair/translucent. The pressed version says fair but on my skin looks more like a light shade then a fair shade in my opinion. It wears well. Lasts well. Can be a tough drying if you already have dry skin but most powders can. It smoothes the look of texture and helps lock in liquid makeup underneath. I didn't notice much of a scent if any. I wish she would make this shade of powder into a pressed version. Overall it's a good powder very similar to the pressed one in my opinion.

Holy Grail

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I’ve never been a fan of loose powder until this product. My skin is on the drier side so it’s always tricky to find a powder that doesn’t dry me out or make my makeup cakey. This powder is so lightweight but buildable that it’s been working for my from summer to fall! It’s super fine, smooth but mattifying without being overly drying!! It leaves a natural glow that lasts hours. Definitely leveled up my routine!

Works great for my dry skin.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This powder works great for my dry skin and is new favorite powder. It is so fine and feels so silky. It gives a nice blurred and smooth finish. It works great under my eyes where my skin is most dry. My under eye looks smooth. It is very light weight. Love the packaging. It comes with little velvety heart which works great even for the corners of the eyes or around the nose. Great product with great packaging I am loving it and will buy this again.

an absolute must try

as someone who really struggles to do makeup well, this product was a game changer. It was the first time that I’ve actually felt like a setting powder really set the face and did not clump and actually brightened my under eye. I promise I have tried all of the big names. This one was by far my favorite. The powder puff was adorable. The packaging is immaculate and it’s really easy to keep clean because of the packaging. You’re not constantly losing powder out the sides and ending up with powder all over your bathroom countertop. I struggle with under eye creasing and dark under eyes, and this really made a huge difference and made my makeup look so much better even though I’m not great at doing it!

An excellent loose powder

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really enjoyed trying this loose powder. It provided excellent blurring coverage without drying my skin. I often struggle with loose powders because my skin is already dry and usually find them to be very drying. This loose powder by Charlotte Tilbury worked exceptionally well for my dry skin. The packaging is also very beautiful! I loved the heart shaped applicator.

Suggested Usage:
-Press Blur Puff applicator into mesh dispenser. To lock in makeup, tap off any excess powder and gently press puff onto skin.
-Dust any excess powder off skin if required.
-To sculpt, press a generous layer onto targeted areas and leave to bake, then dust away any excess.

Soft Bake:
-Using Charlotte’s Blur Puff, take a small amount of loose powder and gently press it into the inner corner of the under-eye, then lightly lift toward the outer corner for a soft, diffused, brightening effect.
-Add a little bit around the mouth to smooth, blur, and perfect skin.

Full Bake:
Using Charlotte’s Blur Puff, press a generous amount of powder under the eye, extending it down into a triangle.
-Then take it just under the contour to sharpen, down the center of the nose to sculpt, and a touch along the forehead. Let it sit for a moment and then softly dust away the excess using a fluffy brush.
