The blade is sharp and the price is decent, but be warned that this will not sharpen your pencil to the sharpest point, because there's a "stopper" at end, and if your pencil is soft (ie. the makeup forever multiuse), the tip would press against the end and smoosh against it instead of getting sharpened.
It is disappointing because my HG pencil sharpener used to be the white one from sephora (made from biodegradable plastic). Please bring that one back!

Suggested Usage: -Select the right size: start by choosing the opening that best matches the diameter of your pencil. For the largest pencil size, remove the pink adapter from the second hole. -Sharpen with care: insert the pencil into the chosen opening and turn it clockwise, making sure to apply even pressure, until it is as sharp as you need. -Clean after use: clean the sharpener by gently wiping off any residue with a soft cloth or tissue. -Open the lid to discard the shavings.
