I’ve been now follower to Abby Young method for a year or two now. My search For a leave in has definitely been a journey on itself. As someone who has 2b-3a hair that is regularly dyed. It was hard for me to find something that also works with my texture. I struggled with mechanical friction, snagging, tangle,dryness, and a bit more things. I have very fine 2c-3A hair very fine but lots of it. Works well if want soft curls. It is a thicker cream and slightly weighted my curls down. We will see how it looks after 2-3 days between wash days. Best for curls coils & thicker textures.

Soft and Frizz Free…bigger bottles please?
I love this product. My curls are soft and won’t fix. HOWEVER, you need to section your hair and apply a good amount to each section for good results. This means you will go through these tiny bottles quickly, and they are not cheap.

Not for 4c low prosody hair
I am not a fan. I have type 4b/4c hair with very low prosody and this product does nothing but leave a film on my hair. It does not soak into my hair to moisturize it. In the end my hair is dry. I use loc method and it still doesn’t work
